Step 1
  IF cooking is an art form, then so is writing a recipe. Lets get started. Transfer curds n water in a mixie jar.Whip it for few seconds .Also crush  ginger, garlic n green chillies.
Step 2
 Heat a pan n add oil.Once when it gets heated add mustard, dry red chillies, fenugreek seeds n curry leaves. Aftersometime add crushed ginger garlic n green chillies.Saute for sometime n add turmeric n saltTransfer the whipped curds into the pan.please make it clear that boiling should take place only  slowly from edges.Immediately off the stove.
