Step 1
Carefully wash all the ingredients seperately and sun dry it for about 3 days.
Step 2
Powder it using a mixer grinder. Mix it and keep it stored in an airtight container.
Step 3
Mix 2 - 3 tbs in 1 glass of milk and boil it while continously stirring. Add jaggery/honey for sweetening purpose. The consistency should be that of a porridge.
Feed the baby. Increase the quantity of the powder as per your need.
