Step 1
Heat some oil in a vessel
Step 2
Saute chopped onions and chopped green chillies
Step 3
Once the onions cook add in all the spices (turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder) and cook for a min.
Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes and cook till mushy
Step 5
Add 2 cups of water and bring to boil.
Step 6
Add 1 cup steel cut oats and some salt to taste.
Step 7
Once the oatmeal is cooked to desired consistency, divide it into 2 serving bowls
Step 8
Topup with some yogurt and serve warm.
