Step 1
Boil 2 cups water and add 1 cup steel cut oats and a pinch of salt
Cook on a medium flame till it reaches desired consistency.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and saute finely chopped garlic cloves.
Step 3
Add chopped spinach and some salt and cook on a medium flame for 2 mins
Step 4
Prepare 4 soft boiled eggs
Step 5
Divide the cooked oatmeal into 2 serving bowls
Step 6
Add the cooked spinach and 2 soft boiled eggs split in the middle.
Step 7
Topup with any cheese and sprinkle some crushed pepper.
Serve warm.
