Cut into small pieces

Step 1
Take a bowl mix cocoa powder & milk powder well.
Step 2
Take sugar in a vessel, add water just above sugar, keep it on gas, keep the gas on low burner & boil it for 7 to 10 minutes on high flame. Do not solidify the sugar or do not make pak of it. Boil it like how u make sugar syrup for gulab jamuns.
Step 3
Switch off the gas & remove the vessel from the gas, put ghee in it. Let the ghee melt & mix it well with sugar syrup.
Step 4
Next, put the cashews, raisins & mix it with sugar syrup. Finally put the cocoa & milk powder mixture also into it & mix altogether nicely without any lumps.
Step 5
Finally, apply ghee on a plate, put the mixture on it & let it solidify. The cocoa chocoates will be ready in half an hour to 1 hour. Cut it into required shapes.
