Step 1
Scrape the skin of Parval, cut it into half lengthwise, clean the inside of the parval, wash it well & cut it into small pieces & keep it aside.
Step 2
Keep kadai on gas, switch on the gas, put oil in a kadai , cut onions into fine pieces & saute for a minute, add parval, turmeric &red chilly powder & saute for 5 minutes, add salt & cook with closed lid for 5 minutes. then open the lid & cook for 5 more minutes without lid. Cook till parval is well cooked & dry. Parval sabzi is ready to be had with rice as a side dish.
