You can make it by mixing curd and water in the ratio of 1:4
Hingvashtaka churna

If this is not available simply make use of hing(asfoetida)
coriander leaves

Step 1
Beat then buttermilk rigorously using a churner or a hand blender.
Step 2
Add one pinch of asfoetida or hingvashtaka churna along with a pinch of salt. And mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
