Step 1
Select a perfectly mature leaf. Wash the ajwain leaf thoroughly. Remove all the dirt.
Step 2
Keep it on a hot tawa. Let it become warm. Squeeze it's juice with hand. Collect 2 tbsp of it. Mix it with honey and drink immediately.
