Step 1
 Put the peeled and washed carrot in a pressure cooker,add water and cook for 3 whistles.
If you are not using pressure cooker you can cook it in medium flame for 10 minutes.
Step 2
 when the carrot is cooked well allow it to cool.after,grind it into a fine paste.
Step 3
 now take the egg and transfer it into a bowl.add sugar,cardamom powder,milk and condensed milk.
Step 4
 then add 4 tbspn of all purpose flour/maida into it and combine the mixture very well.
Step 5
 add carrot paste into this and mix again.
Step 6
 put a pan on low flame.spread some ghee inside.pour the carrot egg mix into it.
Spread some cashews and raisins over it.
Step 7
 cover and cook it in low flame for 20 minutes.
