Step 1
 Peel off the carrot and cook in a pressure cooker for 4 whistles.allow the cooker to release the pressure.
Step 2
 once the pressure is completely released,allow it to cool.then grind the cooked carrot into a fine paste.
Step 3
 Now put a pan on medium flame.add 2 cups of milk,sugar and condensed milk.stir well and allow it to cook on medium flame.
Step 4
 Now put another pan on low flame.add half cup water and 50 grams of china grass.allow the china grass to melt.
Step 5
 once the china grass is completely melted,transfer it immediately to the cooking milk and mix well.
Step 6
 finally add the carrot paste which we already made into it and mix again.cook for 5 more minutes on medium flame.turn off the flame.
Step 7
 transfer it to a pudding tray and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.garnish the pudding with grated carrot and cashews nuts.
Step 8
 carrot pudding is ready to enjoyy!!
