coconut stuffed banana/kaaya nirachadh
This is a sweet malabar snack which is very simple to make.

Medium ripe or full ripe banana

Step 1
Cut the nendra banana into half and make small cutting on the centre.(shown in figure)
Step 2
now put a pan on low flame.add ghee,coconut grated, and cardamom powder.sauté for 4-5 minutes.our coconut filling is ready.
Step 3
Now put a pan on medium flame.add sunflower oil or any vegetable oil you prefer.when the oil becomes hot transfer the banana which is cut in halves into it.fry it till it become golden brown in colour.
Step 4
Remove the banana from oil once it is done.allow it to cool and then fill it with the coconut filling and enjoy with a cup of tea!!
