Step 1
Take one cup of milk in a pan on medium flame.when it comes to boil add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into it.then the milk will curdle.drain it using a white clean cloth.squeeze it and remove all the water content from it so that you will get clear paneer.keep it aside for half an hour.
Step 2
After half an hour,Take this paneer in a mixing bowl and knead to make a perfect dough.then,take small balls of it and flatten it in a diameter of 2 inch.keep it aside.
Step 3
Make sugar solution with half cup of sugar and 1 cup of water.when it boils,transfer the flattened paneer into it.cook for 2 minutes on medium flame and remove the paneer from the sugar solution.
Step 4
Now we have to make a thick milk solution.for that take a cup of milk in a pan on medium flame.add half cup of sugar,1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder,1/2 teaspoon of yellow food colour(optional) and 3 tablespoons of condensed milk.mix well and let the milk get thicken and creamy.set the flame on low and keep stirring.
Step 5
Once the milk is creamy,transfer to a bowl and allow it to refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 6
now take a tray.arrange the flattened paneer as a layer.then pour the chilled thick milk over it along with the chopped cashews.
Step 7
