Step 1
Soak the china grass in half cup(100 ml) of water and keep it aside.
Step 2
Take 2 cups of coconut pulp and coconut water(illaneer) in a blender.blend it to make a fine paste.keep it aside.
Step 3
put a pan on medium flame.add 2 cups of whole milk into it.add condensed milk and sugar into it.keep stirring.
Step 4
now transfer the coconut paste into the milk and mix well.
Step 5
Meanwhile put another pan and add the soaked china grass and little water into it.allow the china grass to melt completely keeping the flame on low.
Step 6
once the china grass is melted completely,transfer it immediately to the milk coconut mix and mix well.
Step 7
Turn off the flame.transfer the mix into a pudding tray.allow it to cool.then,refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.
Step 8
decorate the pudding with sugar balls,chocolate balls and Badam.
