Step 1
Heat oil and once its hot add all the masalas in the Masalas section to the hot oil along with salt. Saute for a short bit
Step 2
Add diced potatoes to this and set the heat to medium. Keep sautéing every few minutes.
Step 3
Once it looks almost done, cover the pan and let it cook till its done.
