Step 1
 Wash the vegetables well n chop it into small pieces. Smear it with salt, turmeric and slit green chillies. 
Step 2
 Take a pan n add oil. When it gets heated add mustard, dry red chillies, curry leaves n raw rice. When raw rice turns golden brown add the chopped vegetables n mix well. Sprinkle some water n cook with a closed lid in low flame till the water absorbs completely. Cook in less water n more oil. Finally mix well by adding coconut. Switch off the flame.
