Step 1
Heat a pan n add chopped potatoes. Add to it 1 tablespoon oil n 2 tablespoon water.Add salt.Close the lid n cook in low flame.When it is cooked smash only half portion of it n transfer to another vessel.
Step 2
In the same pan add oil n heat it. Add fennel seeds, garlic ginger,green chillies n curry leaves.Saute well n add chopped onions.Saute till light golden brown.Keep in low flame n add chilly powder,turmeric n fennel powder.In the end add potatoes n coriander leaves.stir well n make it a lump n close the lid n cook in low flame for 2 minutes.
Step 3
I tried it as a combination with curd rice.
