Coconut Burfi is a sweet, which is very simple and easy to make

For decoration and extra taste
Step 1
 Heat the pan and pour 6 tsp of ghee and add one cup of grated coconut. Roast it well until it's color changed into light brown or golden colour.
Step 2
 After that add  one cup of white sugar in the coconut. Add the crushed cardomom.
Step 3
 . Add 2 tsp of ghee. Stir it well and roast it until it's color changed into light brown. 
Step 4
 Apply 2 tsp of ghee in a square bowl and change the roasted mix(coconut and sugar) into this bowl. Leave it until it's cool down. Then keep it in refrigerator for 15 to 30 mins 
Step 5
 Cut the Burfi into pieces and add almond for decoration.
