Step 1
Cook the boneless chicken adding salt,turmeric powder and water.crush the cooked chicken using a mixer grinder.keep it aside.
Step 2
Now take a bowl.add all purpose flour,salt into it.then beat 2 eggs and transfer it to the bowl.mix it very well to make a fine batter.
Step 3
Take a big spoon of the batter and pour it to the hot pan to make dosa(later,we fill the dosa with chicken filling).cook it well flipping to the other side.
Make dosa one by one.
Step 4
now we will make the filling.
For that,take a pan on medium flame.add coconut oil,onion,green chillies,ginger paste,salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala,crushed pepper powder into it and cook well until the onions are transparent and the masala powders are well roasted.
Step 5
Add the cooked and crushed chicken into this masala and give a very good mix.
Filling is ready.
Step 6
Now take one dosa and put 2 tbspn of chicken filling into it.then close the dosa like a box(you can see in the picture).
Do the same for the others too.
Step 7
Finally,fry the meat box using vegetable oil on medium flame.fry till it becomes golden in colour.
Enjoy the delicious meat box with tea or coffee!!
