special chicken triangular pastry/chicken mayonnaise samosa

Step 1
Take the boneless chicken in a mixing bowl.add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt.mix well and fry in vegetable oil.remove from oil and keep it aside.
Step 2
now we will make mayonnise.for that take a mixer grinder.beat one egg and add to it.then add vegetable oil,white vinegar,garlic clove,salt and black pepper powder.grind it to a thick paste(remember to add oil little by little).
Mayonnise is ready.
Step 3
Next,take a mixing bowl.add chopped onions,grated cabbage,chopped tomatoes,green chillies and mix well adding little salt and black pepper powder.
Step 4
now transfer the fried boneless chicken and Mayonnise in to the bowl.give it a good mix.adjust the salt.our filling is ready.
Step 5
Now make samosa sheets.for that in a mixing bowl,add all purpose flour,salt and 2 tablespoons of oil.mix well and knead to make a soft dough.take small balls of the dough and press it with a rolling pin to make very thin sheets and cut in long rectangular shape.Roast these rectangular sheets on low flame for 1 minute.Samosa sheet is ready.(once you make the samosa sheets,you can keep in refrigerator and use it for long)
Step 6
now take a samosa sheet and fill 1 tablespoon of filling into it and fold its edges to make a triangular shape.do the same for the other samosas too.
Step 7
finally,fry it in sunflower oil or any vegetable oil until it becomes golden brown in colour.
