Finely chop the banana flower and clean well.

Step 1
On a pan,on medium flame,add coconut oil.when it is hot,add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,small onions,green chillies,garlic,salt and mix well.
Step 2
Then add the finely chopped banana flower into it.give it a good mix.then add turmeric powder,chilli powder and Garam masala into it.cook for 6-8 minutes.(meanwhile adjust the salt as per the requirement)
Step 3
finally add the grated coconut,curry leaves,dried red chillies into it and cook for 2-3 minutes.(cover it with a lid and cook on medium flame)
Step 4
banana flower stir fry is ready.
Banana stir fry is best when it is served hot!!
