Step - 1
Use
a
food
processor
or
grater
to
finely
chop
the
beetroot
.
Step - 2
Finely
chop
onions
Step - 3
Slit
the
green chillies
Step - Stir fry the beetroot
coconut oil

Step - 1
Add
coconut oil
to
a
pan
and
heat
it.
Add
green chillies
,
onions,
dried red chillies
(broken
by
hand),
and
curry leaves
.
Stir
until
the
onions
are
translucent.
Step - 2
Add
the
grated
beetroot
to
the
pan
and
stir.
Step - 3
Sprinkle
some
water
and
salt
into
the
pan.
Cover
the
pan
with
a
lid
and
let
it
cook
for
10
minutes.
Step - 4
Remove
the
lid,
stir
the
mixture,
and
sprinkle
some
water
every
10
minutes
until
it
is
done.
This
should
take
around
20
minutes
on
medium
heat.
Step - 5
Once
the
mixture
is
cooked
(beetroot
tuns
soft)
,
add
grated
or
shredded
coconut
to
it
and
let
it
cook
for
another
5
minutes.
Step - 6
As
a
final
step,
add
1
tsp
of
coconut oil
to
the
mixture.
This
will
add
a
nice
coconut
flavor
to
the
sabzi.
