Step 1
Take a cookware, add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. Cook it on medium flame to make sugar syrup (6-7minutes)
Step 2
Now take another cookware, Add 1 cup ghee/clarified butter, 2 cup Besan/gram flour . Mix it well and cook it for 5-6 minutes.
Step 3
Now add the sugar syrup in this mixture and cook this for more 5 minutes(stir it well to avoid sticking of mixture on cookware surface)
Step 4
Add chopped dry fruits(Cashew and almonds) or of your choice
Step 5
Take a flat surface plate, grease this with ghee or butter, put the mixture on it
Step 6
Now set this in a rectangular shape with spoon and cut it in square shape. Now serve it once cool down
