Step 1
 Finely chop onion and tomato.
Step 2
 In a big bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil. Add a little water if needed and make a smooth batter.
Step 3
 In a flat pan, heat some oil. Pour the required batter into the middle of the pan and then spread it carefully to make a thin pancake.
Step 4
 Cook till both sides turn light brown, and serve with ketchup.
