This is my daughter's favourite laddu. I always remember her while making this laddu. As my daughter & SIL are outside India it is these memories of them that has us & many other families like us keep going.

Slightly less than 1 cup
Step 1
 Take a kadai, pour ghee in it & fry chickpea flour little by little   for 25 minutes on medium flame till flour changes its colour. Switch off the gas.
Step 2
 Boil the milk & pour it into the flour & mix well . Once the flour & milk mixture is completely cold add powdered sugar into it & again mix altogether into a smooth powder. Now roll it into balls. Chickpeaflour laddus are ready.   U can add raisins to it before making laddus. I have not added it in my laddoos.
