rava ladoo with jaggery

Step 1
 Dry roast almonds and peanuts till they turn light golden brown and keep aside to cool down. Then roast them into a fine powder. 
Step 2
 Heat 1tbs ghee in a pan and add 2 cups of rava to it. Keep stirring to combine well with the ghee and roast lightly till you get a good aroma. Make sure not to let the rava turn brown. Add this to the almond peanut powder prepared above. 
Step 3
 Now dry roast the shredded coconut till it turns light golden brown and add it to the roasted rava. 
Step 4
 Heat 1/4 cup water in a a vessel and add 3-4 tbsp of jaggery to it. Let it come to a boil and continue to cook till the jaggery has melted for around 2 mins. 
Step 5
 Let the melted jaggery cool down a little bit and add it to the rava coconut mixture while its still a little warm. 
Step 6
 Now mix all the contents together and prepare small round balls by pressing firmly in your hand to give it the desired shape. The laddu is now ready to be served. 
Step 7
 You can store the laddu for around 2-3 weeks in an air tight container.
