Step 1
 Create a thick paste by mixing all the masala powders with very little water - turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, fish fry masala, ginger garlic paste. 
Step 2
 Cut fish into pieces of any size that you like and add thin slits on the top of the pieces so that the masala is absorbed well. I have used salmon for my recipe but you can use any fish of your choice with this recipe.
Step 3
 Now mix all the masala with the salmon pieces and let it marinate for around an hour.
Step 4
 Now take a thick bottom pan and add sufficient oil to shallow fry the fish pieces. Once the oil is hot, add the fix pieces. Let it fry for a few mins and turn the pieces to fry the other side. 
Step 5
 Once both sides are fried well, take out the pieces onto a paper towel to absorb any excess oil and serve with rice.
