Step 1
 Cut black pomfret into medium slices. Wash it well with turmeric & salt & keep it aside to drain the water.
Step 2
 After water has drained out completely from the fish, grind all the masalas together in a mixie & coat it on the fish pieces & keep it aside.
Step 3
 After half an hour keep a shallow pan on the gas & put oil in it &  fry the fishes  by keeping the flame on medium.
Step 4
 Fish fry is ready to be served as a side dish alongwith rice & curry.
