Cooked rice is added in order to make the mutta surkka softer.

Salt is added as per the requirement.
Step 1
Soak the long grain rice overnight and clean well.
Step 2
take a mixer grinder.transfer the soaked rice and the half cup cooked rice into it.
Step 3
beat 2 eggs and transfer it to the mixer grinder.grind it well adding little by little water until you get a good batter.(the consistency should be like not too loosy not too thick)
Step 4
Transfer the batter into a bowl.adjust the salt.
Step 5
then add the grated carrot and Corrionder leaves into.give it a good mix.
Step 6
Take a deep pan on medium flame.add 2 cup of vegetable oil into it.take a big spoon of batter.pour it to the hot oil.
Allow it to cook on medium flame.when puffed up,flip it to other side.fry till it turns light golden brown.
Step 7
Mutta surkka is best when served with chicken/beaf curry!!
