Step 1

Take a pan n add oil to it. Add dry red chillies n saute for a second. Transfer the dry red chillies to the mixie jar. Also add coconut n garlic flakes to the jar along with salt. Grind it only by sprinkling water to the jar. Transfer to a bowl n roll it like a ball.
